Terms of Service

getqr.art (the “Service”) is operated by Oleksandr Pokariev, an individual based in Poland (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or making a purchase you agree to these terms. Contact: support@getqr.art.

What we provide

• Free QR generation — create and download QR codes at no cost, without an account.
• Paid subscriptions (Standard, Extended) — unlock editable dynamic links, scan analytics, branded subdomains and API access, billed monthly or yearly.
• Physical products — printed QR stickers ordered from a code you created and shipped to the address you provide.

Subscriptions & billing

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) on the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account’s billing portal.
• On cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of the period already paid for; the plan is not renewed afterwards.

Physical orders

Sticker orders are charged once at checkout (product price shown before payment; taxes/shipping as indicated). Production and delivery timelines and our return policy are described in our Refund & Shipping policy.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content your codes link to. Do not use the Service for unlawful content, malware, phishing, or to infringe others’ rights. We may disable a link or account that violates these terms or applicable law.

Availability & liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page.
