How it works

getqr.art turns your image into a QR code: the picture stays as the background and the code is woven into it with small decorative dots in the colors of the image itself.

Colors from your image

The palette is picked automatically from the image you upload. Each dot's color comes from the background's tones but is shifted in lightness just enough for a scanner to read it confidently — darker dots over light areas, lighter dots over dark ones.

Guaranteed scannable

Before you see it, the result is checked by a built-in decoder: the code is only returned if it reads back and matches your input. If a particular image is hard to scan, the engine boosts the contrast automatically until it passes.
